In an effort to show solidarity for emerging Indigenous-led land return efforts in the Northeast, First Light leveraged its network to raise money to directly support 4 organizations: Bomazeen Land Trust, Native Land Conservancy, Northeast Farmers of Color Land Trust, and the Wabanaki Commission on Land and Stewardship.
We raised just over $47,000 in donations and ticket sales for these four organizations. Over 120 donors contributed, and 200 people came to the benefit concert featuring Lula Wiles. You can watch the benefit concert on Knoll Farm's youtube page!
